You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and you'll work out of our Danville, KY location on a hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and cost process optimization
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
