Deputy Program Manager (Finance)



The Opportunity:

Tetra Tech is adding a Deputy Program Manager for our Technology Development Team comprised of individuals across our operating unit. This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.

This position can be located anywhere within the U.S.

Your Role:

Multi-dimensional role providing technical expertise, technology and large project management, proposal development, strategic approach development, client management and assisting in business and client relationship development, making technical presentations at conferences and with prospective clients and collaborating entities such as universities, and technical associations.

• Work collaboratively with others across Tetra Tech to support technology development opportunities.

• Prepare Technical Reports, assist or lead engineering design efforts.

• Make Technical or Business Development related presentations.

• Mentor junior staff in career development.

• Support financial management of projects/programs to meet company goals.

• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline, knowledge, and awareness.

• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.

• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environmental Science/Engineering fields of study or a related field.

• Minimum 10 plus years of relevant experience required.

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 10 to 20%.

• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing.
