IT Program Management Lead (Finance)

As a IT Program Manager at Honeywell IT, you will bring your project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of multiple complex projects. You will assemble project teams and allocate resources, define project goals, and maintain quality control throughout the project's lifecycle. You will conduct root cause analysis and share insights across the organization to boost productivity. You will implement standardized work practices, project management methodologies, templates, governance, and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality, agile execution of IT projects. - Proficiency in project management processes, methods, and tools
- PMP and/or ITIL certification
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Overall experience in program management with a hybrid approach of Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to handle HRIS, LEGAL, and CCEX applications
- Self-motivated and proactive
