Statistical Data Analyst (Finance)
The Statistical Data Analyst plays a key role in advancing the mission of the Student Success Research & Analytics (SSRA) unit within the Office of Decision Support (ODS). This position is responsible for conducting data analysis and statistical modeling to support institutional research and student success initiatives. The analyst develops and manages data models, performs forecasting, and supports goal-setting for Accountability Plans and College Accountability reports. They contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of student success and regulatory dashboards and reports, applying best practices in business intelligence (BI), data visualization, and analytics using tools such as SAS, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric. Working collaboratively with internal ODS teams and college stakeholders, the analyst ensures that reporting and analytics are aligned, accurate, and actionable. The position also supports emerging data strategy needs by researching and implementing effective data management and analysis techniques.Must be eligible to work in the US at the time the position starts.
