SUMMARY
Provides support with Recreation Facilities Rentals and its personnel by providing assistance to the Recreation Coordinator in regards to facility rentals.

Event planning and/or execution preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and procedures, safety and technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Assists internal and external customers with availability of facility rentals and answer any basic questions.Collaborates with other city departments for facility availability.Assists with facility rental inquiries intake, rental processing and rental contract preparation.Performs data entry and may maintain databases and/or spreadsheets for the department.Performs administrative, general clerical, filing, and special projects as assigned.Participates as a member of a department collaborative team.May assist in the support of other hourly employees.
