Responsibilities and Duties include:
Communicating with HOA members by phone, email, and homeowner portalEducating homeowners on the complexities and benefits of living in a Common Interest Community (HOA)Data entry - updating association spreadsheets, database and other documentsUpdating homeowner portal with current informationPreparing mailingsPlacement and follow up on maintenance requestsAssisting with project coordinationComposing newsletters, notices and other communicationsAudit document preparationInvoice codingFilingAssisting the front desk with back up phone coverageOther duties as assigned
Qualifications and skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong work ethic and organizational skills as well as the ability to multitaskAbility to stay focused and composed under pressure with both simple and complex tasksTalent for being a strong team member as well as working individuallyExperience with customer service or clerical work is helpful but not requiredAbility to work with a wide range of people of diverse backgroundsAbility prioritize independentlyPatience and desire to share knowledgePositive attitude and a passion for learning, fun, and being part of an amazing team!
Salary is $41,600/year ($20.00/hr)
