Senior Technician (Finance)

Job Description:
The Senior Technician is responsible for supporting various formulas, tests, workflows and trials for Research Kitchens, Consumer Test Kitchens and Pilot Plant areas for Gum Fruity Confection and Mint Products.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Must have process equipment knowledge for food manufacturing
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and can stand for long periods of time
• Tech Savvy - Digital Tools - Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Bi, Power Point and MS 365

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in food service, food manufacturing and other types of ingredient process functions
• Knowledge in OSHA, QF&S Standards and Food Safety Programs

• Document Control - all process areas
• Trial /Workflow Support - all process areas and functions
• Cleaning and Sanitation
• Inventory Managment
• Inspections (GMP and HSE) and Equipment Training

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
