What You'll Get to Do

As the Project Manager – Curtain Wall Projects Business, you'll be the primary contact for all project activities, managing OBE's scope of work and supporting customers in delivering quality results on schedule. This role reports to the Director of Project Management.

Ideal candidates will have project management experience in curtain wall or glazing, including design and application. It's a great opportunity to grow with an industry leader. Note: This position operates within a hybrid work environment, located in Newnan, Georgia.

Job responsibilities include:

• Overseeing various project scopes, including engineering, storefronts, curtain walls, operable windows, doors, unitized systems, skylights, and glass.
• Maintain seamless communication with customers and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the project scope is consistent with quotes and design needs
• Develop and maintain a detailed schedule of deliverables based on project timelines and keep organized and comprehensive records of all project-related documents

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the curtain wall industry.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, design, or engineering-related field from an accredited university (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the glazing industry, including both design and application. Knowledge of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope's® products (curtain wall, storefront, window wall, doors, operable windows, unitized curtain wall, and glass) is preferred.
• Field installation and product fabrication knowledge to support customers, stakeholders and internal partners.
• Capable of managing projects involving multiple products across various plants.
