Project Manager - Cust Svc (Finance)



Project Manager (Youngstown Ohio) Job Purpose: This position will be located at the Linde Customer Service Center in Youngstown, Ohio. From list location, our team installs systems for new customers, replacement systems for current customers, as well as maintain all the systems for the Great Lakes Region. Additionally, we operate a large equipment refurbishment center here along with a parts warehouse that supports our operations. This position coordinates and plays a lead role in the execution of multiple projects simultaneously on an ongoing basis for the Great Lakes Region. Scope: This position receives a moderate level of guidance and direction with progress and results frequently reviewed by Superintendent. Manages large to small installation projects and preforms assigned tasks as required. Principal Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects Simultaneously - Communicate seamlessly with internal and external customers - Modify AutoCAD drawings/equipment layouts - Provide project scope sheets and use standard work tools to layout standard systems while consulting engineering for nonstandard systems - Develop cost estimates - Perform site surveys - Review Technician site Survey packages - Prepare scope letter/drawing packages for customers - Conduct customer site meetings and/or Teleconferences - Attend monthly teleconferences for business groups - Attend weekly Installation Team Meetings - Provide Technician Support regarding Installation projects Qualifications: - Minimum of an Associate degree in Technology or related experience - Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Project Management or similar experience - Must have professional proficiency in AutoCAD About Linde: Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2024 sales of $33 billion.
