Lead Advanced Field Service Technician (Finance)



As a Lead Advanced Field Svc Tech here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.As a Lead Advanced Field Svc Tech here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in the Industrial Automation unit, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive customer satisfaction.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
  • Nicet II
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in project management and execution
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Install, maintain, and repair Honeywell products and systems at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,600-100,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
