Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50-$30.00 an hour

Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
