- Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Ability to run chemical experiments and tests
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science degree
- Experience in a clean room laboratory
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Operating chemical processing equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitoring and adjusting process parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of equipment
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
