Data Analytics Manager (Finance)



We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Global Supply Chain Data Analytics Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives within the NAM global supply chain, as a member of the NAM Supply Chain Performance Team. This role is pivotal in accelerating digitization, driving process automation, and delivering actionable insights through a robust data strategy. You will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the successful deployment of data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Travel expectations up to 25% within North America (NAM).

What will you do in this position?

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the global analytics and digitization strategy for the supply chain.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data governance, data excellence, and data management frameworks.
  • Champion the use of data and automation to drive business value and innovation.

Team Management
  • Manage, mentor, and empower a diverse team of BI/RPA developers, data scientists, data engineers, and data architects.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.

Technology & Architecture
  • Oversee the design and evaluation of complex software and data architecture using modern data technologies.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions are deployed across the supply chain ecosystem.

Project Delivery
  • Drive the successful execution of data and digitization projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve processes and tools.
  • Report financial metrics of value for the NAM GSC Data Analytics efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Communicate complex data concepts in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical audiences.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in data analytics, digital transformation, or supply chain digitization.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Expertise in data strategy, governance, and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools, RPA platforms, and data engineering technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
