Job Description
Do you love bringing order to creative chaos? We're looking for a Director of Creative Operations and Connections to join our in-house creative team at Bose . In this role, you'll be the spine of our creative apparatus , helping us transform our ideas into impact ful execution by managing resources, budgets, and processes that drive our work forward , help the team be more efficient and understand the ways in which the team can grow and improve over time.
You'll work across the marketing department and partner with key stakeholders to ensure we have the necessary information to stay on task, while helping to foster a culture of creative excellence. You thrive on solving complex problems, orchestrating multiple projects at once , and empowering teams to do their best work .
Key Responsibilities:
This role has two key parts for success. One is managing the operational excellence of the creative team to make sure the information and details are in a place that will allow the team to do their best work. This entails helping to choose the right people for the right projects at the right time, and ensuring we are meeting deliverables and deadlines with excellence. The other part is making connections across teams to create processes that allow for the right flow of information from the start of a brief to the final deliverables and everything in between.

This is a hybrid role, working in office Tues, Wed and Thursday each week. This role can be based out of our Corporate Center in Framingham, MA or our NYC office (Flatiron district) slated to open in early Fall 2025. We are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
Compensation for this role for a candidate based in NY is expected to be between $204,000 - $276,000. Final pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to receive a bonus, which is not guaranteed and may be based on individual and company performance.
