Sales Manager (Finance)



Job Title

Sales Manager
In this role you'll:

  • Build relationships across the customer organization.
  • Ensure customers have a comprehensive understanding of all Amadeus Hospitality suite of Solutions and how they work together.
  • Focus on continued engagement with territory prospects by acquiring new customers across all Amadeus Hospitality Solutions.
  • Manage a large volume of customers/prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure annual renewals/retention, new business targets, and KPIs across assigned accounts are achieved.
  • Create opportunities through consultative sales and relationships throughout the customer organization.
  • Lead campaign development and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists to manage opportunity identification, proposal development, price quotes, and negotiation throughout the sales cycle.
  • Execute locally on corporate product endorsements with the customer base.
  • Create and maintain strong internal partnerships with Amadeus key stakeholders and engage the appropriate team members to ensure customers receive optimal value.
  • Consistently build a new business pipeline to meet assigned KPIs and sales goals.
  • Work with the Customer Success Management Team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, owning the overall customer relationship.
  • Collaborate with Finance partners on Accounts Receivable/cash collection compliance.
  • Work with your Customer Success Management Team for customer Quarterly Business Reviews (where applicable) and to ensure your customer is achieving optimal value from Amadeus solutions.
About the ideal candidate:
  • Resides in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or Nevada.
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree or has equivalent work experience within Tech, Marketing, Hospitality, or BI Sales.
  • Has 5+ years of experience in Corporate B2B Sales or Regional Sales Leadership within the Hospitality Industry/Hospitality Tech (preferred).
  • Has 5+ years of experience handling high volume, proactive, outbound, inside sales.
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence hospitality executives.
  • Possesses excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Has a history of achieving sales targets and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly to the company's operating environment, gaining the trust and respect of prospects, customers, colleagues, and team members.
  • Experience with Amadeus solutions and/or tech sales is preferred.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
