In this role you will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, preparing job sites, ensuring safety conditions, transporting materials, using power tools, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50lbs in a fast pace environment. All duties must be performed in a safe manner, while wearing all required PPE.
Major Responsibilities
- Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris, make ready or put away tools as needed.
- Closely follow directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
- Perform routine property care activities.
- Perform non-technical routine tasks.
- Perform quality checks on finished products.
- Report any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
- Follow safety regulations and attend all safety training provided by employer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $ $17.55 - $26.30. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $17.00 to $22.15. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
