Certified Nursing Assistants (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Belmont area to assist with our geriatric aged clients who is in need of support and companionship.

Available shifts: Weekends and Weekdays, Weekend availability is a PLUS!
Mornings: Typically a 3-4 hour shift, example: 8am-11am, 8am-12pm, 9am-1pm,10am-2pm
Days: Shifts could be anywhere from 5-12 hours, examples 9am-5pm, 8am-8pm
Evenings: Typically 4pm-10pm, 5pm-10pm
Overnights: Usually a 12 hour shift, 7p-7a or 8p-8a, sometimes 10p-7a

Job Description:

Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
Assist with light housekeeping
Encourage walking, exercising
Providing stimulating conversation
Activities
Possible transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.
Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
