Senior Project Manager- IMC Pocatello, ID (Finance)

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of several projects. They will have multiple stakeholders across functions including commercial, operations, and customer support to provide input and resources. The Project Manager will be responsible for designing certain elements of the project's fulfillment, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, while ensuring that all project goals are met. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, a deep understanding of project management best practices, and a strong business acumen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to design and execute a fulfillment model, including production framework from material in to finished good state, production scheduling process, and customer service support
  • Work with manufacturing location scheduling and identify demand changes/trends
  • Develop KPIs measuring successful execution of the project and regularly review execution
  • Identify potential risks and work with stakeholders to prepare mitigation plans
  • Identify issues impacting execution and create action plans with the appropriate stakeholders & track all open issues related to the project including escalation of high impact issues
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Forecast and track project spend to ensure it remains within budget
  • Complete standard reports on defined intervals to project team and leadership team on the project status
  • Collaborate with sales, production leads, S&OP, customer service, product managers, engineering, and procurement to ensure seamless delivery of the project.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience project management, operations, product management or a related field
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with biased towards action
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Project management skills demonstrated through a Project Management Institute (PMI) or PMP certification would be an asset.

Compensation

  • This role has a base salary range of $95,000 to 105,000/year
  • Vacation hours of two weeks per year
  • Sick leave benefits up to 56 hours per annum
