Director of Digital Advertising

JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Digital Advertising is a marketing leader who will leverage digital channels to drive strategy and new patient growth across D4C Dental Brands 60 brands in ten states. This team player will oversee a key vendor to conceive and implement data-driven, best-in-class patient acquisition processes; build patient loyalty; and educate patient families about the value of oral health through digital ads and marketing.

The Director of Digital Advertising reports to the VP of Marketing, oversees work of a Marketing Manager, and works collaboratively with external vendors and teammates across the enterprise. This support is crucial to the delivery of the companys mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelors degree (Marketing or Business Administration preferred)

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of digital marketing experience in healthcare, wellness, retail, ecommerce, or similar.2+ years supervisory experience.Proven track record in designing and managing digital marketing within a corporate setting.Proven track record in planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.Experience with multi-brand corporation a plus.

JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools including websites, SEO tools, Google ads and analytics, Meta Business Suite, analytics software, etc.Technology-focused and forward-thinking marketing leader with demonstrated success meeting growth goals. Willing to consider new platforms and strategies.Ability to understand trends in the market, scalability, target audiences, UX, and analytics to drive insights and ROI.Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.Experience overseeing vendor(s).Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
With VP of Marketing, lead digital paid advertising strategies and initiatives to support new patient acquisition. Oversee budget for paid digital ads, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across practice brands and locations with focus on maximizing ROI.Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (ongoing and seasonal) across various channels with focus on scalability when possible.Partner with and guide agency responsible for running Google ads for prospecting and lead generation for target audiences.Establish a thorough understanding of key business volume drivers to inform strategic marketing decisions. Stay current with latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices.Work with Operations and IT departments to ensure a unified approach to patient acquisition.Oversee and guide work of Marketing Manager.
