Senior Semiconductor Wafer Test Engineer (Finance)



As a Sr Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in advancing our semiconductor manufacturing processes. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our semiconductor wafer manufacturing operations, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop wafer parametric testing to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement wafer probe test strategies to evaluate semiconductor devices.
  • Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement in existing testing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing requirements into future manufacturing development.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 6+ years of experience in semiconductor testing, specifically in wafer probe and parametric testing.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for test data interpretation.
  • Experience with automated testing equipment and methodologies.
WE VALUE
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of test program development on STAr-Edge Technologies KVD testers, Agilent/Keysight parametric testers or similar.
  • Experience with EG 4090, TEL P-8 probers or similar.
  • Proven ability to drive successful process development.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to lead by influence across multiple engineering disciplines.
