SVP, NA PRS Chubb Customer Center Head of Sales, and Agency Management (Finance)



JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb North America's Personal Risk Services division is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President, to lead Sales, and Agency Management for our Chubb Customer Center (CCC). This executive leadership role will be pivotal in transforming and strategically positioning Chubb's personal lines agency service center as a robust profit center, driving premium growth, and increasing retention while enhancing relationships with our trading partners. The incoming leader will champion the development and execution of a high-performing sales culture within the CCC, while ensuring best in class service delivery.

The CCC comprises licensed Account Executives, Business Development teams, and essential support staff, all dedicated to serving the needs of high-net-worth clients from PRS-appointed agents. The center facilitates all aspects of client policy servicing - ranging from mid-term coverage adjustments to renewal reviews - thereby serving as a crucial touchpoint in the client experience. Additionally, the CCC's embedded business development team collaborates with PRS Sales & Distribution to attract and onboard new agents.

As the Senior Vice President, you will steward the entire CCC portfolio, holding ultimate accountability for various functions such as sales, service, operating environment, and people management; with an emphasis on driving revenue growth and nurturing client relationships while ensuring the CCC adheres to appropriate regulations. The CCC should evolve to develop and achieve revenue generation goals while remaining focused on market-leading customer satisfaction. Success in this position calls for a blend of strong leadership, effective communication and influence management, and keen analytical skills, all essential for strategically navigating the CCC's performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth and Leadership: Drive growth in Gross Written Premium (GWP) through the development and execution of innovative sales, consultative and service strategies, ensuring alignment with Underwriting, Sales, Operations, Claims, and other critical PRS stakeholders.
  • Client Experience Excellence: Lead the establishment of market-leading client experience metrics and action plans, ensuring superior service delivery aligns with the expectation of high-net-worth clientele.
  • Collaborative Strategic Development: Work closely with Sales & Distribution, Underwriting, etc. to achieve financial objectives while expanding agent enrollment and premium retention on a state, region, and line-specific basis.
  • Market Insight and Adaptation: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, recognizing industry trends and their implications for CCC strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and address potential challenges.
  • Resource Optimization: Utilize available resources effectively to ensure the CCC team operates at peak performance, while managing personnel and operational expenses judiciously to both maintain service standards and anticipate growth.
  • Team Development and Culture Building: Foster a collaborative work environment that leverages team strengths, promoting recruitment, training, and development initiatives to elevate performance. Drive key strategic projects by clearly defining business requirements and engaging staff while embracing digital transformation and marketplace trends.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee and enhance operational processes, ensuring a consistent drive toward efficiency and productivity through ongoing reviews and enhancements.
  • Governance and Compliance: Direct the CCC's licensing strategy and collaborate with the Chubb Compliance team to ensure appropriate controls are in place.
  • Talent Management and Inclusion: Lead with a focus on retaining high-performing employees, addressing performance and conduct issues swiftly and fairly while promoting diversity and a culture of inclusion across the organization.
