💼 What We're Offering

A full-time Project Manager II Hybrid Scrum position in Oklahoma City, OK with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Competitive annual salary target of $106,300 and a comprehensive benefits package including:

📌 The Role

As a Project Manager II, you'll lead small to large-complexity projects across the organization, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and process excellence. You'll also serve as a Scrum Master on an as-needed basis, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Planning, scheduling, and tracking timelines, milestones, and resources
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and project communications
  • Identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and managing dependencies
  • Facilitating Scrum events and supporting Agile teams
  • Creating and maintaining PMO documentation and process improvements
  • Conducting postmortems and lessons learned reviews
  • Coaching and motivating project teams to achieve success

👤 Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a resilient, independent problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings a collaborative spirit to every project.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field preferred (additional experience accepted in lieu of education)
  • 3-5 years as a Project Manager successfully leading projects
  • Agile Scrum Master certification, or comparable certification, required; PMP certification preferred
  • Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall project lifecycles
  • Familiarity with SDLC, project lifecycle, and PPM tools (e.g., Projects, Monday, Wrike, Asana)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
