JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President of Compliance is responsible for leading the organization's compliance and grant management functions to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and stakeholder requirements. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Compliance will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's compliance program, including internal audits, regulatory reporting, and risk mitigation strategies for program operations. This role will collaborate with executive leadership and operational teams to promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
