Client Relationship Manager (Finance)

POSITION SUMMARY
In this position you will be responsible developing and maintaining relationships with assigned customer base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintain relationships with assigned customer base
Achieve client retention of 95% or better
Upsell existing clients
Identify the best programs for assigned clients, thereby impacting customer premium as much as possible
Use SalesForce as a repository for customer service and retention
