Sr HSE Engineer (Finance)



As a Sr. HSE Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's health, safety, and environmental engineering efforts. You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety for employees, compliance with environmental regulations, and the implementation of best practices in engineering-related safety.

You will report directly to our HSE Manager and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN

In this role, you will impact our organization by overseeing the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications.

The annual base salary range for this position is $92,800-$115,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Based in Plymouth, MN, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations, driving sustainable and responsible business performance.YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in HSE Engineering.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing HSE programs across various operational settings.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
• Experience with HSE management systems and compliance tools.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
• Experience in Industrial Hygiene, including exposure assessments, air monitoring, and hazard control.
• Certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), OSHA 30-Hour, familiarity with ISO 14001 standards and VPP MNSTAR.
• Passion for promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Continuous learning and development.
