Human Resources Compensation Intern (Finance)

We are an independent, global, one-stop-shop focused on delivering Central Laboratory Services that are tailor-made, timely and flexible to meet the evolving study demands of traditional to increasingly complex trials. Additionally, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) Solutions, supporting our clients with scientific and technical expertise, acting as an extension of their team, coordinating all laboratory related needs, advising on strategies for lab data collection and providing end-to-end analytical and logistical solutions.
Overview
As a summer intern you will support our HR Operations/Compensation team. In this role you will gain exposure to job analysis review and pricing. You'll support interviewing HR Business Partners or area leaders, interpret market data and internal equity. You'll utilize data analytics skills to interpret HR data such as turnover, demographics, overtime and help develop insightful dashboards.

Our 12-week paid internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn valuable skills that will help them grow professionally. Throughout the program, interns will have a chance to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain applicable skills in their field of study.
