Sr R&O Maint Anlyst Supervisor (Finance)

You will report directly to our Sr R&O Maintenance Manager, and you'll work out of our Nebraska City NE location.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of transferrable experience
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance analysis or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in maintenance analysis tools and techniques
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team

  • Identify trends and patterns in maintenance data to support predictive maintenance and proactive equipment maintenance strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven maintenance strategies and initiatives
