Operations Manager-Fully Automated Distribution Center

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our fully automated distribution center in Moore, South Carolina. This state-of-the-art facility requires a strategic leader who can leverage automation technology to drive performance, maintain accuracy, and ensure safety throughout warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of automated warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
  • Ensure the smooth operation of automated systems and resolve any workflow or system-related issues promptly
  • Lead and develop a team of professional and support staff; set clear goals and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Monitor warehouse procedures to ensure efficient space utilization, accurate documentation, and timely flow of goods
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, performance metrics, and system enhancements
  • Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all equipment and processes align with safety and compliance standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align warehouse processes with company objectives and customer service goals

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience in automated or technology-driven warehouse environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, results-driven setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and innovation
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84,500.00 - $143,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
