What You'll Do:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document care using electronic charting systems
- Monitor residents' conditions and manage acute/chronic care needs
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Make independent decisions using sound judgment and training
- Current LVN license in the state of California
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Passion for senior care
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and willing to learn
- Starting pay at $28/hour
