Business Value Data Analyst (Finance)
We are in search of a Strategic Initiatives Planning Lead to join our team as we strive for the continuous evolution of our digital products and advance our transformation across claims. This individual, reporting to the SVP Transformation & Portfolio Management, will be responsible for advancing critical initiatives across our North American portfolio, quantifying benefits of epics and features, facilitating communication across key business partners, engaging with internal teams and collaborating with the agile squads that develop our solutions. Additionally, this individual will work closely with claims operational data to ensure we are prioritizing the most critical work to drive the greatest business value.
In this role, communication, self-organization ability and management skills are key for the successful execution of daily activities within a dynamic environment receptive to new ideas and trends.
