Clinical Application Specialist (Remote) (Biotech)
Responsibilities Overview
Clinical Applications Specialists apply specific clinical knowledge and expertise to enhance use of MatrixCare, as well as identify and implement optimal system solutions.Functions as key liaison for user contact and customer service on behalf of information servicesAccountable for end-user satisfaction.Assists in the development of training materials and may participate as educators for end-users as related to specific information systems and services.Provides feedback and may make recommendations to management and project directors, ensuring that the organizations goals, philosophies, and objectives are optimally supported by information technology.Works with the various teams to maintain current system build and to implement new projects and system functionalities.Operates in a hybrid role between the MatrixCare CareAssist, Marketing, My Data and Financial Solutions systems to partake in issue resolution and project management where resources are needed throughout the organization.Other duties as assigned.
