We are currently seeking a FULL TIME NURSING HOME RECEPTIONIST to join our team!

Pay: $15.00/hour

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 4pm

Duties

  • Promptly answer and transfer incoming phone calls - take messages as needed
  • Direct visitors to offices and resident rooms.
  • Assist smoking residents with morning and afternoon smoke break.
  • Assist with office tasks, including business office check runs, filing documents, etc.
  • Assist with resident trust funds and handle petty cash
  • Sort and file resident and office mail
  • Keep count of office supplies and help order supplies as needed
  • Keep record of residents and visitors entering/leaving the building

West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a beautiful 125-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility tucked away on a beautiful private land preserve right off Slaughter/Brodie!!
