Enrollment Associate - Data Analytics (Administrative)

JOB SUMMARY:
The admissions data analyst plays a key role on the enrollment team as it supports the mission and overall strategic objectives of OES. The admissions staff works to fully enroll students while maintaining class compositions that demonstrate cultural, geographic, economic, gender, religious, racial and ethnic diversity. This individual manages the admissions database and is the data analyst responsible for interpreting and designing crucial statistical information for presentation to stakeholders. This position also supports other school divisions and programs periodically throughout the year in project specific opportunities for data analysis. Success in this role requires expertise in data management, highly developed powers of analysis, talent in information design, sensitivity in dealing with confidential information, and excellent communication skills. The admissions data analyst works closely with the assistant head of school to develop and implement strategies for successfully attaining enrollment goals. The successful associate will be flexible and conscientious, possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and continually keep equity and justice at the forefront of their work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Recruitment
· Build and prepare admission portal (annually)
· Provide regular, ongoing data regarding inquiries, applications, and yield
· Collaborate with the admissions assistant and marketing coordinator to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media activity, and website traffic using analytics data from marketing & communications office
· Present and share admission survey data with colleagues
· Develop systems to collect information from prospective families and track progress through the admissions funnel
· Build and maintain processes for event registration, check in, and post-event follow-up in the admissions database
· Periodically throughout the year offers support in data collection and analysis to other school offices and divisions
· Build and maintain multiple audience types within the admissions database, including prospective parents and students, educational consultants and agenda, pre-school directors, and others as needed
· Participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of admissions events such as open houses, OES showcases, welcome celebration, new student socials, and other related events
· Assist the assistant head of school in building predictive modeling to guide admission decisions and develop potential enrollment models

Community
· Build and maintain positive relationships with faculty and staff
· Maintain a visible presence in the community. Examples include attending chapel, gathering, performances, athletic contests, and department/division-specific events
· Be familiar with divisional programs in order to articulate the value of an OES education at any level
· Create and maintain admission surveys
· Prepare and present data; design information for presentation to non-expert audiences such as Board of Trustees, parents, prospective families, and other internal constituencies
· Participate in school-sponsored equity and justice workshops and learning opportunities
· Engage with other admissions professionals through local, regional, and national conferences, seminars, and workshops

Enrollment
· Track enrollment, yield, and attrition data
· Provide yield data for admission decision discussions for each division; occasionally attend decision meetings
· Assist with application material management in a paperless environment, specifically using internal database system
· Coordinate and manage evergreen enrollment process
· Prepare enrollment contracts for newly admitted students
· Coordinate enrollment communication with admission associates, financial aid, and business office
· Manage the admissions database (currently Veracross)
· Manage admission and enrollment records
· Provide data/statistical findings as requested
· Perform other duties as assigned
