Summary
As a Floor Technician at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our community. Located in Waterville Ohio, this position is essential to ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our residents and their families.
This is a great opportunity for someone with prior floor care experience or general housekeeping experience. This role is vital to the overall look and feel of our community and is responsible for creating a great first impression to staff, residents, families and visitors.
This position has a starting pay rate of $13.50 an hour
The typical schedule for this opportunity is five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities
Perform routine floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.Conduct carpet cleaning and buffing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.Ensure all areas are clean and safe for residents, staff, and visitors.Assist with custodial duties as needed to support overall facility hygiene.Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.Maintain equipment used for floor care and report any malfunctions.
