Manager-TCL Program ACH Transitions (Hybrid, North Carolina Based) (Personal Services)
The purpose of the TCL Program Manager position is to oversee the implementation, compliance, quality and performance measures of the Transition to Community Living (TCL) Program and other Olmstead populations specifically in regard to successful transitions for members residing in institutional settings, diverting from institutional settings and homelessness with complex behavioral and physical health needs. This position requires clinical knowledge and exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills due to the complexity of the population and requirements of the settlement agreement.
This is a full-time hybrid position. One day a week working onsite at the nearest Alliance office location is required. The selected candidate must reside in or adjacent to one of the seven counties Alliance serves. This position will require travel within the communities Alliance serves as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services or related field and Five (5) years of Qualified Mental Health Professional experience planning and implementing the transition of people with disabilities to obtain affordable housing, supported employment, and community integration.
Or
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in human services or related field and three (3) years of full-time experience as a licensed clinician planning and implementing the transition of people with disabilities to obtain affordable housing, supported employment, and community integration.
NC Clinical License-LCSW, LCAS, LMFT, LPA, LCMHC preferred.
Candidates must have at least one (1) year experience as a lead or supervisor of employees in behavioral health, integrated care coordination, or care management.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Employment for this position is contingent upon a satisfactory background and MVR (Motor Vehicle Registration) check, which will be performed after acceptance of an offer of employment and prior to the employee's start date.
Salary Range
$89,404- $113,990/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
